Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be available all day?

Nope! We'll coordinate a check-in time with you in advance (usually around noon) to provide feedback on the designs and see the progress that has been made.

What can you create during a design workshop?

We can design anything from business cards to blog posts! We would love to talk to you and determine what you have in mind. This way we are able to determine which workshop makes the most sense for you.

Do I need to prepare anything for a design workshop?

During our initial conservation, we will determine what is needed for the workshop and rank things by priority. From this point, you will need to prepare any content that your products will require prior to your workshop day.

When will I have the opportunity to provide feedback and see revisions?

We will follow up on your feedback during the halfway point check-in and once again near the end of the day. If revisions are required beyond the design day, we will bill hourly for minor adjustments.

What kind of files will I receive?

  • Adobe PDFs, business cards, stationery, etc: high-resolution .png and PDFs (ready for print and/or digital use)

  • For graphics, icons, and social media graphics: high resolution .png, .jpegs and .eps files.

Can I reschedule my workshop?

Of course. Life happens. Just give us one week’s notice to reschedule your workshop.
